Due to inclement weather conditions, The City Auditorium in the Ruhman C. Franklin Municipal Building will be available as an emergency shelter through the weekend. If you need a place to go to stay warm, please call Karnes County Dispatch at 830-780-3931 to see if the shelter is open.
